Fiona got her start from us as owners of Well- Built Construction, Inc. At first it was more from a sheer need for help, but as our construction and development business grew, so did our responsibilities. Management and oversight became even more important as we developed partnerships with other developers on building projects. We also own and rent several properties across the commonwealth. With Fiona's willingness and enthusiasm, we slowly brought Fiona into the fold. We could see how easy this was for her. About Fiona O'Connell
I’m a licensed real estate agent with RE/MAX, bringing over six years of hands on experience in leasing and property management. I began my career working alongside my father, a highly successful real estate developer and investor in Massachusetts. Through that experience, I immersed myself in the industry, building strong relationships and learning directly from accomplished lenders, brokers, business owners, agents, and investors.Leveraging that knowledge, along with my own drive and determination, I went on to build and run my own business as a leasing agent and property manager. After years of successfully helping clients navigate rentals and property operations, transitioning into residential real estate sales was a natural next step. Today, I combine market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a client-first mindset to guide buyers, sellers, and renters through smooth and confident transactions.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active in the gym, helping others work toward their health goals, spending time outdoors, and being around animals. I value quality time with family and love experiences that keep life balanced from snowmobiling and beach days to constantly learning and trying new things. That same energy, discipline, and dedication carries into my work with clients every day.
